Detailed Description of Goods and Services
We sell accessories for vehicles, such as nudge bars, tonneau covers, bonnet guards, and lighting accessories. Products are added or removed from our inventory, depending on availability from our third-party suppliers. Products may be dispatched from third-party supplier premises or custom-manufactured once orders are received.
Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery expected in 2–7 working days based on location.
Extended timelines (up to 10 working days) may apply due to supplier dispatch times.
Delays due to courier issues, strikes, or public holidays are outside our control. Clients will be notified of such delays.
Shipping is limited to South African addresses only.
Return and Refunds Policy
Returns accepted within 14 working days if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refunds may be made as store credit or to a verified bank account in the name of the client (proof may be required).
Refunds via PayFast will follow their processing timeline and may take up to 10 working days.
Cancelled orders may attract a 10% administration fee.
Defective items may be eligible for full refund or replacement upon review.
Export Restriction
We only accept and fulfil orders for delivery within South Africa.
Payment Terms
Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, EFT.
Payments are securely processed through DPO PayFast, which uses SSL encryption.
No card details are stored by our site.
