Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it, provided that:

  • It is unused and in original packaging
  • It is in resalable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

 

Non-returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Electrical items
  • Clearance or marked-down stock

 

Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email info@bromvoel.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for approval and return instructions
  • Send the item to the designated return address
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will offer an exchange, replacement or refund at our discretion

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (e.g. card, EFT).

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for alternate products (size, colour, model) are permitted, subject to stock availability. Additional charges or courier fees may apply.
